Do you accept returns?
We accept returns of non-consumable and non-perishable items (books, DVDs, etc) within seven days; unless we made a mistake, you pay return shipping.
We don't accept returns of consumable items like incense or tea, but we'll give you a refund if they were damaged in transit.
